Picking Peaches

Every year (ever since I can remember!) my mom has gone to pick peaches and then canned them for us to use through out the winter. For the past few years, I have joined her and she has tried to teach me her canning skills. I must say that I am not picking it up to fast... anyway, this last summer was the first time we had a member of the third generation to join us. Salvatore! He seemed to like the experience, but I'm not too sure if he actually enjoyed the taste of the peaches... we also had my friend Heather Wilson and her little girl Adia join us. I'm already looking forward to next year.
